Cute place, great view but the reception desk have employees that really couldn't care less. I stayed in #103 which is part of the section which houses the reception desk. I arrived after many long hours driving and needed a place to stop and get a good night's sleep. I intended on turning off the air-conditioning and opening my windows to let in the sea air, something I do not have at home. I had chosen this hotel precisely because of it's location and with this in mind. At 10pm after having my late supper I decided it was time for bed as I wanted to hit the road again in the morning. I arrived in my room and wondered what the noise was. I called the reception to be told it was the kitchen's fan and that normally it would shut off around 11pm. Sure enough I look out the window and there it was just outside my window. So much for opening my windows or going to sleep at 10pm. I lay down and struggle to sleep and I guess my exhaustion was sufficient to overcome the noise. I spent the night with the windows closed, but I am woken at 6am again with that same noise because the kitchen was beginning breakfast preparation. Not a nice alarm clock. This fan is loud. I needed a few more hours of sleep but it became clear that I was up for the day. At check out the young receptionist asks if I had a good stay and so I tell her of my experience to which she replies without sympathy, I'll pass on the message. Seriously, you are going to pretend that you have never heard this complaint before? I paid $230 for the night and what I needed most I was not able to do, SLEEP. NOT impressed. In summary, assuming the floors above me have the same numbering system, avoid 103, 104, 203, 204....etc because if you want to sleep and hope to do so with or without the windows open, either way, you will not be enjoying a peaceful, uninterrupted sleep. It's sad because I had the most comfortable bed and pillow of any hotel I ever stayed it and trust me after 24 years in the travel industry, I have stayed in many hotels. I will NOT be coming back. I regret not having taken a picture of the industrial sized fan exhaust.

The location and the food are what I appreciated the most. Such a magnificent view of the St Laurent; the meals were delicious and professionally prepared. Not so good we’re the small rooms that lacked comfort. The massage and facial were good, but not being able to reserve them ahead of time was most inconvenient…a lack of “savoir faire”! Having to rush to get there before they closed at 4 pm was ridiculous, and made for a stressful road trip…so unnecessary!

All in all it was good. The site is beautiful, we received very nice massage treatments and had access to the pool even though we weren’t staying there. The food was ok when we went for dinner. The appetizer and desert really weren’t that impressive but the main plate was very good salmon. I think all together, it is destined for an older clientele.

Nice Boutique hotel with really good Brunch on Sunday starting at 11:00am. Make a reservation to ensure there's room for you. Everything was delicious and of course super fresh. The views from the tables are great also. Nice people, great service... classy place. Enjoy! :)

Shouldn't really rate it because I didn't stay or eat there but the setting and facilities looked great. Very placid, healthy destination if that's what you're looking for. I was heading to Quebec City for the night. Need I explain why I passed on stopping there!

Rooms are small, bathroom sink isn’t in bathroom, weird hours of availability for services, extremely limited and unappetizing menu, paper thin walls, no privacy on patios because they are separated by pieces of cloth. View is nice.
